MEET LOUISA SHELL JACKSON

Louisa Shell Jackson
Democratic Candidate for
Georgia State House 100th District
Please allow me to introduce myself, I’m Louisa Shell Jackson, the Democrat running to hold onto State House Democratic Rep. Dewey McClain's former seat in the newly redrawn District 100 this November 8th.
It's my goal to bring people together to solve tough problems rather than divide Georgians based on party affiliation or bizarre conspiracy theories online. I’m ready to bring Democrats, Independents, and fair-minded Republicans together because I know that as Georgians, we’re all better off when we work together to solve difficult issues in a constructive manner.
As I meet Georgians across the 100th District, people of all political stripes are telling me that they are fearful of the increasing trend in extremism and are seeking change within their communities.
I'm ready to serve you in Georgia's House of Representatives to protect everyone's rights and represent the people of Georgia's 100th District with integrity, decency, and compassion. Thank you for joining me in this fight and thank you for your vote.
DEVOTED MOM & DAUGHTER
My deep love for my children, my family, is a large part of what propelled me to run for elected office to serve the people of Georgia. I simply could not sit by on the sidelines and watch Republican extremism strip my children, my daughters, of their rights and their freedoms.
I believe that compassion for others, kindness, helping people have a fair shot in life are the cornerstones of being an American and a Georgian. Our state needs to move forward with inclusivity, not regress backwards into bigotry.
I am ready to represent people of District 100 with integrity, decency, compassion, and professionalism. I would be honored to have your vote this Nov 8th.
